1992 Ottar
Gjestad Norway The competition was in the area just outside the city, caled "Lasken", most of the fish caugth were codfish. The wether was fine and the arrangemant became a sucsess. The first Kristiansund cup was in 1992. Ottar Gjestad from Norway became the champion this year. He lives in Kristiansund and has spearfishing since 1980 and is one of the best spearfishers in Scandinavia. After this competiton no norwegian has manage to win the trophe, therfor is Ottar the first and only Norwegian winner of Kristiansund cup. |

Birkemose Denmark The Danish spearfisher Birkemose won the next two yers. He demonstrated wery good huntig skils, and caught a great number of big fish. The competition area was on the other side of the city both this year |

and 1996 Philipe
MacDaniell France This year it became a dramatic competition. The old champion Ottar Gjesta was leading after the first day, but next day he was unlucy. He lost his boye and the caught in the end of the compettition. MacDaniell hunted very good both of the day and won the cup. Svein Angvik came secound wich was his fourth top three placing in Kristiansund cup. Ottar came number 3.In 1996 Philipe was superior, and won his second titel. |

1997 Pierre
Robert De Latour France France participated with 3 good team and did a very good competition.The English team was partisipating for the first time, and they were not so good known with the conditions. Pierre Robert De Latour became Champion after good hunting in difficult conditions. The France team tok the three first places. RESULTS 97' |

1998 Pierre
Lucibello France The Kristiansundcup was this year aranged in august. The competition area was thw same as in 1996, Langholmen/Ringholmen. Spain, France, Brasil, Danmark and Norway were the teame participating,Total 51 spearfishers. During the two competition day, ther were caught over 900 fish of total 1100 kilos. Pierre Lucibello became the champion of 98, and the last medals were also taken home to France. The two French team finich 1 and 2 while Brasil tok the 3th place . |

MacDaniell France Philipe tok his victory no. 3, and confirmed his position the greatest spearfisher in the history of Kristiansund cup. The French also won the team competition, but Spain and Brazil were close on 2. and 3. place |

2000 Didier
Desprat France PDidier Desprat won the competition with 94 fish of total 104 kilos. The French team took the team 1 st place followed close by Norway and Denmark. |
